Because the majority of an animal’s tooth lies below the gum line, the human eye is unable to detect many potential problems.
However, digital dental X-ray allows us to see more and do more when it comes to your pets dental health. Digital x-rays capture superior images, decrease radiation exposure and provide a quicker, more reliable overall picture. Many of our patients have benefited from these early detection capabilities.
To keep your pet safe and comfortable, all cleanings are performed under general anesthesia. Tartar and plaque are removed first from the tooth surface and then from beneath the gum line. After each tooth is cleaned and evaluated for potential extraction if necessary the enamel surface is polished with a specially formulated paste that slows future buildup. We believe that regular cleanings are imperative to preventing more serious health problems down the line.

We'll develop a program for your pet's specific needs and review with you the best ways to control fleas in your house and yard.
Pharmacy
We stock pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, flea and tick control and heartworm preventatives to meet the needs of your pet. We also carry a full line of prescription diets.
