Do I need an appointment for my pet to be seen by the doctor?
Emergency cases shall always receive top priority!!
An occasional appointment delay is inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances and emergencies. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
We ask that you call us 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We offer evening appointments on Wednesdays for those who work late.
Is there anything I should know about arriving for my pet's appointment?
For the safety of all the animals in our care, we require that each pet be current on their vaccinations.
Can I drop my pet off and return later?
A ‘drop off’ appointment allows you to bring your pet to Animal Health Veterinary Clinic and leave him/her with us for a few hours. We will usually ask you to ‘drop off’ your pet sometime in the morning. The doctor will examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients.
Once the doctor has completed the exam or procedure, he/she will give you a call to schedule a time to pick up your pet and go over any diagnosis, treatment, medication, etc.
